This is the second home Megan helped us find. She was as amazing as the first time! We looked at quite a few houses and she made sure that they would suite our needs. Ms. Bilderback was beyond EXCELLENT. She was outstanding in enabling us to sell our property from 1200 miles away. Due to unique circumstances our property became available while we were out of town. One phone call and Megan took the lead to get the property ready for showings, purchased a replacement light fixture, disposed of household items that were left and kept lines of communication open during the whole process.
