She had high attention to detail and I felt like I could trust her to negotiate and complete the transactions in a way that left me feeling comfortable and secure. Whenever I had a clarifying question, she was always available to talk and if she didn't know the answer she would find out in a timely manner. She was able to give some advice to expedite the process, which was very helpful. She was always kind and friendly, which I appreciated because sometimes this process can be tedious and frustrating. Never once was she anything but smiley and happy to help.
