Lindsay was very knowledgeable with how the market was where I was located. She said if we got all the things done to the house it would sell quick. She was totally right it sold in 48 hours. It couldn't have went any smoother. We had our house ready to go when it hit the market. Had great buyers and it just went very smooth. Lindsay had our house on multiple websites and we had a bunch of showings in the 2 days it was on the market. It started as soon as she gave us the sales plan. It was so thorough and had every aspect covered. Everything she did and said came true in the sale of our house. She was totally dialed in with the other agent to get inspections and tests done. Great communication when those were happening. She was and is absolutely a pleasure to work with. There aren't enough words to explain my satisfaction. Lindsay was on her A game all the time. She took care of everything. If I was ever going to move again which I hope not too. She is my agent for sure.
